It’s AI Servo (that’s a capital “i” after the “A”, not a lower case “L” or a numeral “1”, even though all three tend to look the same with many computer fonts.

AI stands for “Auto Intelligent”.

Yes you do. On Canon that is A1-Servo. Like on the 60D that is under the AF button at your top display. using the wheel that gives you 3 options One shot, Focus and Servo.
